Due to the COVID-19 virus, all meetings this year will be held virtually via Zoom. The Executive Board meets, at a minimum, monthly, the week before the general membership meeting.
The general membership meeting, according to the PTO Bylaws, are required to meet in October, March, April, May and June. Generally speaking, however, we will hold monthly meetings at 7:00 pm, the third Wednesday of the month. All membership meetings will be announced a minimum of a week before they are held and the agenda for the meeting will be provided ahead of time.
Meetings will also be shared via Facebook Live (on the Heather Hills Elementary P.T.O. Group Facebook page) and also recorded and published on our website under PTO Minutes/Agendas.
